WE FIGURED IT OUT!
We officially figured how to do this!Any time (even if there is no league), the trainer can battle the elite four then battle me (must have 8 gym badges and must have beaten the elite four!)!When there is a league (like now), all Pokemon trainers with 8 gym badges are allowed to enter the league!All the trainers will be battling each other! 1 against 1! First you will have to do a 1 on 1 battle with someone with ONLY 1 POKEMON!Whoever loses will not get to be in the main events.The main events will be 6 Pokemon against 6 Pokemon. If there is someone left out, I will bring another person to break the odd number.Once more people are getting closer to 8 gym badges, I will tell you guys when the league will be. If a league is going on, you can still battle Eltie Four and once you beat them, then me.We are still HIRING! The prize for all people who participated will be a pokemon (most likely basic).Train it to BE THE VERY BEST!The winner will get that and a better one, the 2nd will get that and a little better, the 3rd will get that and a stage 1 Pokemon.Thanks!-Pikachu(boy)Level.EX

You supposed to battle me (the champion).You don't have to win.If you do win, you will automatically get the rank. I just need to know you are good enough for a normal Pokemon Trainer.If you lie about losing or winning against a Pokemon trainer, you will be demoted and MAYBE be banned for 48 hours!If the Trainer lies he/she will LOSE ALL THEIR BADGES and possibly be banned for 48 hours.
